• We ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS to ensure your treats arrive fresh and on time.
• Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
• No shipping on holidays.

  We may be able to accommodate Thursday shipping if overnight delivery is selected — just reach out to us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
  

Local Pick-Up

• Pickup is available for select items, with pickup locations and time slots selected directly on the product page.
• We currently offer scheduled pickup in Ringgold & Dalton, GA.
• If you're located in the Chattanooga area, feel free to reach out — we're happy to see if a custom pickup can be arranged just for you. We’ll always do our best to accommodate special requests when possible.

Returns & Order Issues

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer replacements for orders that may be damaged during transit.

As a small, independently run bakeshop, each batch is made with love and care. Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on our trusted shipping partners to deliver it safely. While we wish we could guarantee a perfect journey every time, we are not able to absorb losses or issue credits for issues that occur in transit.

Allergen Information

All of our treats are baked with love in a kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. While not every item contains all of these ingredients, cross-contact is possible, and we are not an allergen-free bakery.

We now offer a small selection of gluten-free cookies. While these are made with special care, they are still prepared in the same kitchen as our regular items, so please keep that in mind if you have a gluten sensitivity.

If you have a severe allergy or sensitivity, we always recommend reaching out before placing your order to ensure your safety.
